As I promised a new Design here it is. Please feel free to comment, share and like my facebook webpage. Hardwooddesignz
This is the Animated Mighty T-Rex dinosaur. It measures 18” x 8” x 4”. It is made out of various hardwoods like all of my designs will be. Yours may not be the one shown, but will include exotic hardwoods from my wood bin. The body will more than likely be made out of Oak.
These will good great adding it to your dinosaur collection.
My wife takes these dinosaurs to her school to have her kids play with them. She is just amazed at how much joy it brings to each child as these are rolled or pushed on the floor.
This dinosaur is made to look like he is ready to run down his next meal across the field. I made his motion to represent the real dinosaur. His mouth opens and closes manually. I used the Dragon’s tail in this design to show a sweeping back and forth.
Finished with natural oil, hand rubbed and polished finish. Glued and clamped for assembly.
No metal screws or nails are used in the construction.
Order yours today and give or keep a gift that will last a lifetime.
This contains small parts adult supervision is suggested.
Every one of these designs are original and drawn up by myself. The patterns to each item is unique and created here at Hardwooddesignz.

Thanks Norman, I just use what ever Rockler gives to me in their assortments. The real key is having that 16” powermax sander after bandsawing the wood to size.

I love it. I need to know—does the tail wag as it moves?

Hi Doe,

Long answer short would be no. It moves manually. I like to keep my projects simple, and strong so they last a lifetime for the owner. To put such a tiny cam or armature in such a tiny hole would make it as fragile as the Dragon. Kids just love the simplicity of these toys. My wife tells me at school where her kids play with them, there is just enough movement to inspire their imagination. She tells me how they like to fly the eagle and run the duckbill. Please feel free to visit my etsy site to see more.
