This box is a little different than most of my boxes. Different corners, which my backsaw done a great job on and the breadbox type lid. I used blue suede lining on the bottom and drawer.
The box is 12”x 8” and 6” deep.
Finished off with two coats of Tung Oil and 3 coats of semi gloss Lacqure.
Thanks for looking.

Hey, Duckster, you forgot to drive the pegs home. :D Just kidding, they make a really nice detail. How do you make them? I also think the finger groove on the tray is a nice touch. Well done!

Art
Thanks. I drive the wood thru holes of different diameter and I sand burned the ends.

Very nice. That birds eye and walnut go great together. Like the touch with the dowels, creative!

Really cool box Duckster. I like the way you mixed the colors and the corner joints. That suede leather is great for drawer bottoms. I use it on most of my boxes.
