Good day
Another unit that my wife designed to fit the TV stand.
Again, 3 separate units and everything is like the TV stand.
If the glass door and the cabinet door below looks like they open to the “wrong” direction, it is because the furniture in our house are “moving” all the time. The unit was designed for deferent location.
On the pic below, it came to rest in the new place (for how long…) and now the doors are opening to the correct side.
Regards
niki

Thank you so much
Wayne
Why she keeps me around? First, because she loves me….I hope so….but how will dig 100 holes to plant the pine trees around the garden, and many other things like that :-).
But jokes aside, my little one is not saving her hands and does everything dirty.
She was working with me at the beginning (even sanding and staining) so she understands about woodworking and actually she chose most of my tools including the $2000 table saw (“buy the best or don’t buy at all”), I’m the cheap one….

If you mean the Bonsai….I really have to go down and see where it is today…:-)

Nice Niki. Again, I like the proportions of these cabinets.

Thank you

By the way, the cabinets and the Bonsai box are made of wood but, the Bonsai is made of Plastic…

When I had to make the doors frames, my wife told me to cut 4 pieces of cardboard at the size of the frame but in different widths, 60, 70, 80 and 90 mm (2-3/8”, 2-3/4”, 3-1/8” and 3-9/16”) and the winner was, 70 mm (2-3/4”). Sometimes, it looks different between the drawing and the “full scale”. That’s how she is working sometimes.

Niki, this is what I did with my daughter when we made the doll armoire – we stood her doll up and measured it and then we made a model of the cabinet out of paper till we got it to her liking. There is nothing like a full size model.

A plastic Bonsai tree! And I was going to tell you how nice a Bonsai tree you grew.
