This was a project that was completed for a local designer on December 19, 2008 . It is the same designer and customer that I built the Chandler Table for.
It was a very small frame 1 ½” wide on the sides and 3” on the top and bottom. These frames are mounted on two sets of sliding door tacks. The inserted panels were made from a light weight gator board, a foam board used in art. I didn’t to the faux finish on the panels. That was completed by the designer. We just built the frame, cut the panels, and installed it for the customer.
The frame and the trim piece was painted in a flat lacquer.
