Tea, anyone ?

Project by RAH posted 335 days ago 855 views 14 times favorited 17 comments Add to Favorites Watch

These are the last of my Christmas projects, I am done for Christmas. I made more than pictured, I had to get the others done and in the mail, did everyone get theirs, be patient.

The card board box was my inspiration for the tea boxes. One is Brazilian cherry, maple and walnut top another is oak and one walnut with a hickory top. Others that where already sent where cherry and combinations of the above woods. These woods match the bread boards and wine tray gifts already posted so the receiver has matching sets.

Now its time to clean the shop it is a mess.

Great idea! I love these little boxes!

My wife makes tea all of the time so I am familiar with the little cardboard boxes and tea bags. I may have to make some of these little dispensers.

Nice work.

We love your tea boxes. Come on, my wife wants one in Walnut for Christmas. You’ve got three more days.

This is one of the best ideas I have seen in a while. Like Todd, my wife has these cardboard boxed stacked in the cabinet. These could be stacked on the counter.

Hey Ron, your bratty little sister here. I just had to join Lumberjocks so that I could tell everyone that I am one of the lucky recipients of your tea boxes and a few other wood projects that we just love. The tea box looks real nice on the counter and I have had guests comment on how lovely it is. Kitty
