I too can make end grain cutting boards.

In the multiwood cutting board I used aspen ,ash and alder.
Instead alder some reed color wood have been nice ,bat I to not have any.

Other boards are from birch ,alder and oak.
All finished with mineral oil mixed with melted parafin wax.
