Lt. Geordi La Forge in white pine.

This was my first carving, and instead of painting it I decided to use different colored stains to get the red/black/brown tones.

Someday maybe I’ll have the skill to do a life size 3D carving of Lt. Commander Worf.

taking me back to high school… and this gave me an idea; a Geordi comb holder.

I’ve seen a couple wooden combs lately. You could make a wooden comb with like a small magnet on the back, and have a washer on the picture and, waa la, a Geordi comb holder.

I’d have to get with that guy on LJ that makes wooden combs for a living.
