As I said in my initial introduction, I have only recently revived my turning skills and started making pens and such. There is not much to say other than I enjoy it, and am experimenting with various materials, polishes, and such.

The pens are turned on a Turncrafter Pro variable speed mini-lathe. I like this little lathe, it does the job well and so far seems to be a very good tool.

I am in the process of turning some very specific tracking sticks for search and rescue and when I complete them I will post their story and pics as well.

Found this while looking at past projects. I like the flat black finish on the hardware in the first pic – goes well with the wood choice! (A belated) thanks for sharing!
