I turned a bowl a week or so back and I guess I didn’t have a clear idea as to what I was doing….So it turned out kinda dorky lookin’. Add a couple of cracks and I was getting ready to whack it with a hammer and toss it in the smoker. But then I had the thought to turn it into a yarn bowl fer the Mrs. I added a Walnut butterfly in one crack and drilled and stitched the other. Both cracks were loaded up with ca glue. The Mrs. hasn’t seen it yet so I guess I’ll see.

Well Mark, my wife and I both think it’s great. She used the word “lovely” when she saw it. I agree with Larry’s comment.
