I love the contrast between the wild natural wood and the clear straight lines of self-constructed box.
These boxes act as if weightless on the piece root.
This is a piece of the root of a plum tree.

Nice one Uwe. I too like that contrast. Have you seen mine?
I really like the arm / hand symbolism. Tricky thing to get the balance right but you did well in my opinion at least.
