My step dad drove a truck until recently. A few years ago he wanted to know if I could build him something to hold his laptop and printer. Nobody ever rode with him so we decided to take the passenger seat out and put it there. The top is a pull out tray that the front lays down for the laptop and the bottom does the same for the printer. The middle is a standard drawer for miscellaneous supplies. His driver seat swivels so he could turn and face it. I rode over 100,000 miles and nothing ever got loose or in a bind.

Neat…and, if he had a chimp named Bear to ride with him, Bear could sit on top.

Looks good. Sure made it convenient for him.
Well done.

That’s really a great set-up!

Necessity is the mother of invention as they say. Need, good thinking/planning, product. Nicely done.
