How long?....Hard to say. Chad said the old one was just regular 2×12 pine nailed together. It was there for many years according to the store owner. Yet it was falling apart and more importantly it was failing at the joints. With all the dirt in it it was quite heavy and when moved (to sweep behind) it would get racked. Chad took extra care to account for this. It will be all explained in the following videos.
But like anything, proper care will be needed. It should be inspected every year and repainted when needed.
Thanks for looking.
Bret
