Again … someone said “Hey! You can sell a buttload of ….” and there I go, off and running. This time it wasn’t a total loss. So far I’ve sold 4 @ an average of about $75 each. Got four more and wanting to make some different designs.
First one is Walnut, Maple, Brazilian Cherry and Purple Heart

There are chopping blocks posted on Etsy (an e-bay type of site) and the end grain chopping blocks made from 8/4 stock and two or more inches thick are selling for avg $95.00 The more intricut the design the more money. This is the most expensive one not omly brcause of the Purple Heart, but the fact that i had to cut twice as many cuts and twice as many glue-ups.

well…MONDAY i am in the shop all day…if i can help it, lol…and I need to get some good wood…because I would like to make some nice cutting boards…have not made one yet…but boy…at $75 I could make those full time!! lol…haha…I hope they all sell…and keep selling for you!!!
