This was my submission to the Presidents challenge at the SWAZG turning club. They are made to look like Kachina dolls. Had to be turned from standard 2×4

They are beautiful Ron…given that Kachina Dolls are the immortal beings that bring rain, control other aspects of the natural world and society, and act as messengers between humans and the spirit world, parts of Australia certainly need more Rain, so your contribution would help here…!!..[also would help in other parts of the world during these turbulent times].....George

Great Ron, really like the design and the painting. How did you fare in the challenge? Can just imaging LJer’s going through their wood heaps to find their 2×4 pieces. I am, my wife collects Kachina Dolls.

Well it worked we have rain here in the desert. The winning of this event is a drawing and has nothing to do with quality of work. I have 2 more in work as the response on Facebook has been great
Thanks for the looks and comments
