This old wood tripod uses pot metal for the levers that tighten the head, and one of them snapped off. They aren’t easily fixed, so I just replaced it with a cherry wood lever. Also, I needed a 3/8 size screw mount rather than the supplied 1/4, so rather than purchase an adapter, I just made one using a 3/8 inch bolt and some cherry.
