I was turning some Padauk and really enjoyed the natural beauty of just the wood. So I made a pendant. Pendant is 1.25” round and about a quarter inch thick. Used my CA pen finish on it, drilled a hole and found a chain to hang it on.

Wife loves it. Now I’m making some to sell at the market.

Great idea! Probably a great way to use up scraps, and just think of all the variations possible with different types of wood. And a great way to fill a jewelry box with gifts from the heart. Thanks for sharing.

Looks great. I made some pendant necklaces for my girls for christmas and they all liked them a lot. Quick easy way to show off some nice wood scraps.

Have your say...
