Toy Storage Cubby

Some good friends asked if I would make them a cubby unit with wooden crates so they could have a place to store their children’s toys.

I made the body and center shelf from 3/4” plywood, then the dividers from 1/2”. I used pocket holes for all the joinery.

On the crates, I had a bunch of 2×4 cut offs, so I decided to resaw them into 1/2” slats to be used.

Thanks to everybody who gave me advice on the correct way to make face frames!

nice work!
