Cherry jewelry box. This was one of the first pieces I made when I got into woodworking. I didn’t have very nice tools to work with at the time. I had a cheap portable table saw (Delta) and a cheap router and router table from Sears.

Great build – love those box joints!

You also picked some really nicely grained wood for the front face.

Cheers!

A very nice looking box design and the cherry is the perfect wood choice for this box .
The lock is a nice touch .
