I made this Stepstool in my shop class. It is made out of walnut and quarter sown white oak. The top and legs are walnut. The sides are quarter sown white oak. I joined two boards with a biscuit for the top. I then had to join two more boards for one of the legs with another biscuit. I used a Kreg Jig to put the Stepstool together. I stained the walnut with a #44 water based stain. The oak is stained with a golden oak water based stain. To finish it off I put on two layers of Formby’s Tung Oil.
