Very nice original designs, but I do not have any plywood with as nice a grain pattern as yours, so I might just glue on some colored veneers and make some of my own. Thanks for shairing. Gary

Hey Gary,
I got this Oak Ply at Menard’s along with my Baltic Birch.
a 2’x4’ was about 5 bucks.
Careful with the Oak thou it’s not really Ply, it’s a Veneer over a Soft Core, Real bad for tare outs and blowouts. Even if you put packing tape, and that’s the worse cause the tape pulls the veneer right off also.
Good Luck on Finding some!

Greg,
This is where I got this Oak at… Althou this in my opinion isn’t classified as Plywood… This is the Cheaply Made Core Ply… The Soft core with the Oak Laminate on the outside…
Now if it was 3 or 4 Ply like the Baltic Birch that I buy at Lowes, it would be really great stuff… So with it a Cored Ply, I’ve not bought anymore.
I may stick with making my own by cutting some Oak boards and gluing them up and planing them down so I can get the real McCoy cause i like the way Oak looks…
I’ve got some Cherry Soft Core Ply that I’m going to give a Whirl and see what I can come up with on this kind of wood…
