My wife was looking at a computer armoire in a magazine and asked if I could make it. I did the best I could and for my first big project I must say I think I did OK. It is Oak plywood case with red oak trim on all the exposed edges and solid oak doors. Finish is all hand rubbed with 4 coats of a gel poly.

I really like it. The finishing method you used gives it a very antique look.

You did a very good build and the finish makes it look like it has been preserved for many years. Beautiful.

Kind of looks like it came out of a church, certainly not the shop of a first timer! You’re a natural! Keep up the good work!

Very nice and clean looking lines. The finish is great. How about some pictures of the inside? Maybe we can steal you design?
