Interlocking comb

I built this jig ,Interlocking comb for use with
  the table saw. After a couple of tests, the result is satisfactory. I have to put a protection to the blade out.

I like this! What’s the material you’re using as the metal indexing post? Is it just a scrap of metal or something else?

Thanks Barefeet, it is a common piece of iron, the index
has been filed down to a thickness equal to the disk blade.

Nice jig, just remember to make a sacrificial insert if you make finger joints on thinner stock. You will experience more tear out if you don’t. I learned that the hard way.

jig

I also applied a protection for the blade out.
