cutting board #3: maple and coyote wood

still cant find much info on coyote wood, but its as hard as walnut through the saw, a tight grain, slightly lighter like a mahogany.. all in all, nice wood!

this was going to have a juice groove, but i dont think its big enough for meat, just really big bread! its around 20”x12”x1.25”

Found this on Coyote Wood – http://www.woodworkerssource.com/Coyote.html – it does appear to be macacauba by another name.
