Japanese tool box...repurposed as wine box

I used it to give a bottle of wine as gift to someone who is an artist – so she can use the box to hold her drawing instruments and brushes.
The key to lock the top in place is beveled on the angle side so it doesn’t drop out
Quarter sawn white pine box with shellac and Danish oil finish.
