Just wanted to share how my first cutting board ever turned out. Another modified Wood Whisperer design of course, using purpleheart and hard maple. Finished with a few coats of thinned General Finishes Salad Bowl Finish with light sanding in between. Routed out some handholds and roundovers on the top and bottom edges. Approximately 17.5” x 9.5” x 1 3/16”. Quite happy with how it turned out. Now to figure out who to give it to for Christmas. :)

I see a future in cutting boards for you.. :-)

I use the same finish. It’s very easy to work with.

Put me on your Christmas list also!

When it’s not in use for cutting, you can have people over for a game of Chess or checkers…

Kidding lol, Really Nice, I like the colors of the wood…

Marc is a Very cool guy over at TWW, He’s kickin up Dust all over the place it seems lol. maybe I will see you over there sometime?
