This is my first finished project, I built this for my fiances 30th birthday.
Built out of poplar using Charles’s finishing schedule ( 3 coats of amber die, 2 coats mahogany gel stain, 2 coats satin gel poly)
If you have not visited Charles Neil's web site take some time to do so.
This projects was built from his instructions in his online project video that he provides for everyone to watch for free, including the patterns and finishing schedule ( project videos )

Hey David, how did I miss this project? This is a great quilt rack! Did you get the poplar at Clark’s, or Houston Hardwood? Man, I can’t stay out of the lumber yards!! Your tablesaw looks quite familiar!! Wonder where I’ve seen that design before??? Great work! Keep it up! Remember, you’re welcome to visit anytime I’m working out in my shop, come by and say hey!
