Found some 8/4 cherry with too much sap for most construction projects, but I thought it might look nice in a turning. Ironically, by the time I was done, I was suprised at how much the shape resembles a pie plate, perhaps a “cherry” pie plate (forgive me, I couldn’t resist!) Craven
