After making about a dozen small knot burr puzzles for gifts a buddy dared me to make the largest puzzle I could. Can’t let a perfectly good dare like that go by unanswered, and this was the result. The fit and finish is horrendous but on a project this goofy it really doesn’t matter.
My kids where kind enough to model the puzzle for the photo.

Yep it’s a puzzle, and the pieces really move. Picture 3 pcs. one looks like the letter D, two more look like C’s; The trick is to get them to interlock into the shape you see here. Nate in the backgroud is being a goof-ball for the camera.

I got a Scroll Saw Pattern for that Very Same Puzzle, i’ve not had the Pleasure of creating such a puzzle just yet.
That’s a Nice Life size Piece there…
