matching oak bass board heater cover

I made these heater covers to match the wall cabinet “other project” in the same bathroom also did all the trim out of the same wood.

Doesn’t that affect the radiator’s ability to radiate?

These are great. Baseboard heat (typically hot water radiating near me) are extremely tough on the eyes aesthetically. They should still work great. The cold air off the floor gets drawn in the bottom slot, goes past the mini-fins & the hot water pipe, & the warm air rises out of the top slot. I’ve been meaning to try a design like this for years. Great work. Great inspiration!
