Memorial Cross

Project by Rob W posted 370 days ago 254 views 0 times favorited 10 comments Add to Favorites Watch

My mom died in July and her request was to have her ashes spread in Lake Huron, which we did. Since then, her sister (my aunt) asked me to carve something to put on my grandmother’s grave so she could go there and talk to both of them.

The cross is carved from quarter sawn white oak and the rock it is mounted on is from a stream bed in northern Kentucky.
