Extra Long with a Twist

…what I do with an old bam-boo
Makes everybody cheer!

Extra long Bamboo twist pen in gold.

A truly one of a kind pen, (for now, I’ve got 2 or 3 similar blanks at the ready!) the top is twice as long as a standard Euro or Mont Blanc style pen – 8 inches tall! But still well balanced and easy to write with, like an old calligraphy pen or brush. Nothing like those souvenir 1 or 2 foot long pencils that are impossible to write neatly or comfortably with.

Made from sustainable bamboo – a fast growing grass that is equal in hardness and durability to maple – used as flooring or cutting boards. Natural color, with straight grain and a couple nodes showing. Sanded and buffed smooth, and finished with friction polish.

Not being a standard kit, this pen was an experiment gone right. The pen was made with the lower half of a euro kit, and takes a standard Cross refill.
