The chair is a copy of an 1790 table that is in the Charleston SC museum. The Claro waltun wood matches the wood in the rocker.

The rocker and the table, they are so beautiful. The design, colour and even the grain pattern look matches each other. Great work Gary!

That Claro Walnut has some fantastic figure. Really like both pieces. Oh by the way I went to go read your bio and discovered that I am your neighbor. I live in Folsom too. Welcome to lumberjocks. You teach classes from that great shop of yours?

Great job! The three (Lamp also) complement each other very nicely. I also really like the laminates on the rocking chair and the fluid lines of the table and chair.
I’m not quite a neighbor but I used to fish alot tournaments at Folsom lake.
Great Job on the trio!
