This is a cabinet of my design. It provides for a top printer, drawer for a scanner and utility parts, another drawer for a photo printer. On the left side is the PC cabinet which has a filtered(now, not in these pics) vented door and a vented rear with a motorized fan to provide continuous air movement for cooling. On the lower left are my connection boxes, firewalls etc. I have a built in switch and plug for convenience.
The unit is constructed of MDF and painted with an enamel. It has held up well, now 5 years old.

Looks great…we have our computer in a location that could be hidden better. The first thing I thought about was the cooling issue when i saw the pictures because of the close fitting cabinet…then reading your description you addressed that. Could you show a pict of the ventilation? Looks nice!!

Nice piece. My computer stuff is spread out all over my desk, floor, additional table, etc. and this looks like a great solution. Thanks for sharing.

I’ve added an insert photo of a section of the back wall of the cabinet housing the PC unit. The fan is a 5” always-on 120V unit. Hope that helps, matt.
