Kitchen Roll-outs for the holidays

Hello! These are the kitchen roll-outs I built out of maple. It was the first time I used a dovetail jig for half-blind dovetails. I fussed a little with the setup but then it was pretty easy to make the repetitive joints. I installed the kitchen cabinets a few months ago and these were a great addition. Yesssss !!!! I made something similar ,but was not able to make dove tail in maple, so there fore BRAVO !

What did you use for the bottoms?

Hi Mike. I used 1/4 in birch plywood. On my wide draws I should have used 1/2 bb ply. I may have to beef them up or replace the bottoms. The wide units also housed the heavy mixer and chopper…
