A few weeks ago someone at work noticed all my little squeezy stress toys that companies hand out. My desk was starting to pile up with them and I said that if I get any more then I’ll have to make me a shelf. I came home that night and my wife gave me two more. So I used the last of my cedar scraps to make me a little what-not shelf.
Simple design, 1/4 inch ply on the back that I put into a rabbet. A lot of sanding and a few coats of poly and it was ready to go. I have made a lot of gifts with the cedar and wanted a little fun project for myself.
Now I only need is some foam squishy tools like a circular saw, a drill or even a plane.
