This is an assignment project I completed to satisfy the requirement of curved doors. I’m a 2nd year Mastery student with Gary Rogowski at the Northwest Woodworking Studio in Portland, OR. The case is a simple cherry dovetailed box, the doors are some reclaimed old-growth fir from the 70’s house my wife and I are updating. The walnut handles are from some downed trees on her parents hazelnut farm. The doors intersect in such a way that they must both open/close at the same time. Not sure what to use it for, but it is designed to hang on the wall with a french cleat.
So here it is for your appraisal!
