I was looking for a new project and came across a cooler box similar to this on a website. The weave pattern intrigued me, the Harley sign, rope handle, and front embellishments were my twist on the original concept. posted the video I watched so thanks to Jay for the idea. There is a lot of cutting, sanding and gluing but the finished product is well worth the effort. I expect this cooler box will be a topic of conversation during the summer deck season.

Thanks Jim. It was fun to build and the sign can be switched out to match any sports team’s license plate.

Merry Christmas.

Very neat. How did you connect the cooler’s spigot to the hose bib?

The valve is plumbed with pvc pipe using 90% corners and fittings. Used pvc glue and a male end that screws into the valve on the outside.
