This was my first experiment coopering it was the base of this vessel. The tool crib attendent asked me how many pieces were in this circle (before the top was placed on it) we counted 84 so for over a year I just refered to it as 84. When the vessel was connected it became Vessel 84. Back then I was also experimenting on different glues. 84 was epoxied, because many shapes were not clampable I would use 60 second epoxy on the ends and poly (Gorilla) glue in the middle then use my hands as clamps for 60 seconds. Turned out to work pritty well + it was a good isometric exercize.

That’s nice… it looks complicated.
