My first attempt at a farmhouse table and benches. Wife is happy so I guess it’s a success! :)

Did you buy the legs or turn them yourself?

Great Farm House Table, looks strong enough to hold a side of beef for cutting and wrapping.
When I was a kid we had a beefy table like that and we used it for all the fall canning and processing … we called it a Harvesters Table …
Your bread board ends really shout out to me …

-- Grumpy old guy, and lookin' good Doin' it. ... Surprise Az.

Good looking table and compliments the room too.

The leggs look great, but the top boards are awsome – this dark brown colour and finish are astonish.

Awesome lathe work on the legs and finishing on the top! Notable project!

Thanks everyone for the kind comments!

@Surfside- I wish I could claim the legs..but I purchased them from Osborne Wood Products
@PhillipRCW- I just secured them with dominoes and a couple of pocket screws on the bottom. I’m hoping I don’t have any major seasonal movement that causes problems.
