I questioned weather to post this project but I did make wooden shelves and all projects need sanding so I went for it . . . my apologies if this is not considered a project made from wood. I mounted the sanders on lazy Susans and I drilled holes for wooden plugs that stop in two positions for each sander. I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Thanks for looking.

I’m sure someone will point out the “not made of wood” technicality…..Nevertheless nice set up you have and what a clean and organized shop…..Very nice !

You said the shelves are made of wood....
Fits the posting rules to a T!!!

I like the lazy susan & peg setup.

However, I do see a MAJOR problem….
Your sanding station & shop are waaaaay too clean.
Please rectify this ASAP!!!

Nice setup Nicky. I’m wondering how often you have to empty that tall filter on the Jet? And does it do a good job of catching the fine dust ?

A clean shop was instilled in me clear back to middle-school wood shop and it has stuck. I have good dust collection and use a leaf blower, wearing a dust mask, every few days to really clean it out and then run the air filtration system for about an hour after I close the garage door. These lungs are getting older and I look to keep em.

That is just some neat idea. It looks wonderful. I wish my tools are as organized like yours too.
