I finally got tired of working around the small standard table that my drill press had and made a drill press table for it.
I should have done this a long time ago. Really made things easier to line up and use my drill press. It is made from baltic birch plywood.
The plans for it were in the July 2004 Wood magazine.

That is really nice.
It’s a shame that manufacturers of drill presses do not introduce and market tables that cater to the woodworker. All tables manufactured still follow the old metal working standards.

Looks great—I’ll bet those t-tacks will come in handy.

I made this table about 15 years ago from I think, the same Wood plans…But I added a couple of features to mine…I built a box to fit on the metal table, mounted the table top to it, with dust collection, and a drawer….Virtually the same style as yours, but different…..
