This is an idea I came up with for my wife Gaylyn for Christmas. It’s made entirely of maple. Finish is Danish oil and poly satin. Picture 2 (right lower quarter) is a triple bracelet holder which folds out and locks in by a ball latch. Picture 3 (the left lower quarter) is designed to hide away necklaces. The mitred frame shuts closed, held by a ball latch as well. Once closed there are rods for earrings. Picture 4 (the upper 2 quarters) are simple necklace racks. The overall size is 24 inches wide by 33 tall by 4 1/2 inches in depth.

The wife knew I had something going in the shop for her but had no idea what. Gave it yesterday and she really loves it. This design is perfect for anyone who has a variety of jewelry and find they are limited on counter space, which is the case with my wife.

I added picture 5 after Christmas. After hanging the Jewelry Shelf my wife has begun to place items in it.

Thanks. This was a more personalized gift to fit a particular area. The ladies on my wife’s face book really like it.
