Watch Brian Grella (GarageWoodworks) podcast a couple of days back, making christmas ornaments with a drill press, so I though about having a go. luckily I have a small lathe and a pile of off cuts that i just couldn’t put on the fire. Timber = oak, pudauk, iroko, ash and I think cherry.

I really enjoyed making them, it’s so satisfying to start and finish a project in less than a month. My wife has now given me a list of friends that want them:)

I like those a lot. Very fresh and contemporary look. Well done
