new twin bed frame with wormy butternut panels

here is a picture of my daughters newly completed bed frame i made the frame and post and bed rails are made out of wstern larch and the panels are made of reclaimed wormy butternut that came from barn beams the 1st pic is of the frame and the 2nd pic shows the bed rail

i,m very proud of how it turned out this was my very fist bed i made, now the wife wants a heads board for our bed

i used pocket whole screws to put the bed together i used antique oil finish on the bed together and 1×10 larch for box spring support hope you fellow lumber jocks enjoy look forward to your comments

Good job, looks like it will be around for a long time and passed down

Good job. Beds are a project that last for years when built right.
