With holidays fast approaching I feel like one of Santa’s little elves. I wanted to make a project that i could knock out in under ten minutes. Wood trivets worked out real well. My first “test” trivet took me less than 5 minute to make! A more detailed description is available on my site if you have any interest in making them. https://nickferry.com/?p=476 Such a fun quick project.

foul – foul – no glue, no fixture, no muss, no fuss ‹(•¿•)›

what’s behind your idea of making woodworking easier and fun.

oh – btw, GREAT idea and really neat. it makes my pallet coasters look like a real pia

Haha, you’re too funny. That reminds me, I still want to make pallet coasters.

Hi Nick

Just the ticket for all the QSWO scraps piling up from this kitchen cabinet project. Thanks for the post

Nick,

Outstanding idea!!! I have a date with my woodshop tonight. I know what part of it will entail now that I’ve seen your design. I have a bunch of maple cutoffs that are looking for work. ;-)
