Project Information

Seems like the pen biz is spinning out of control…... (I never had control of it to start with). I know, it's more and more pens, writing instruments, etc., but, the past few months have been a blur for me. October is totally missing in my world, and November, well, I guess it's gone too. Holy Crap!!!! I never thought time could just be here and gone in a quick second…......Wasn't it March 1st last week???
I did want ya'll to know, it's too cold to be in the hammock, so, I haven't been slackin off… LOL
Anyhoo, I do have a few things on the bench beside all these pens I've been spinning. I'll be showing you that soon…..........well, when I get em done….
I appreciate you checkin in, and of course, any comments, good/bad/ugly will be absorbed. A lot of new kits from PennSt.
The last couple pics are of a very special fountain pen that I spun for a very prominent man of Louisville. I think it came out super. I did finish the fountain pen with wet sanding with micro-mesh up to 12000, then polished with Hut Ultra Gloss.

Those pens are beyond words Roger. Excellent craftsmanship. The ones with the anchor on it really grabs my attention. The acrylic one is also a winner.

Would have got a better shine on that "important" pen IF you had used Brasso. Ha ha! Just ribbin' ya some Roger.

Really, all of the pens look great! I really like the last one too. I have turning more pens lately. Not like you have but more for me. I have a couple that I will post soon. Take care and Merry Christmas. Hope your turkey day was filling.

Mind if I ask what prices you have been getting for these?
I imagine the amounts vary.

i thought all those beautiful pens were being used to sign all the contracts that have all the major pen makers have you on as there one and only design man, where will you deposit all the millions you will make on this deal, just think, an icecream bown made of solid gold with one accent of ebony down the middle,

Beautifully turned, Roger! I like the one wooden piece design of the anchor and key pens. Thanks for checking in and sharing.

Beautiful job on these. I really, really like the "nautical" ones with the anchors and the fountain pen is a piece of art!

Roger,
a wonderful collection of pens.
A well-(hand)written letter is something we rarely see nowadays,
and can be a thing of beauty.
I think using one of your beautifully crafted implements
would greatly enhance that experience.
Do I sound envious of your clients ????......You Bet.
Cheers, Jinky (James).
