Sometimes you come up with a design that you can just keep improving on. That was the case with this this little box. It started as just a simple box for a gift. (vers 1.0). Then with brides box I added a little more size and legs and a lift out tray. (vers 2.0). Now with my most recent order I added a drawer. (vers 3.0). The new owner was very happy with the result. I also added interlocking dividers for the lift out tray, a first for me. Even now I have my sights set for vers 4.0! I really enjoy making this box watching it change with each one.

It has been a pleasure watching your evolution process from gift box to jewelry box. I can’t wait to see ver. 4.0.
Nicely done.

Interesting design and the grain show nicely

Thanks for the nice comments guys. Lee, I began cutting wood for 4.0 today. This one will be for the Wife and is going to be beautiful if my test means anything. Thanks for looking all!

Thanks Candy, ver 4.0, well, I have some birds eye maple and some dark walnut, that’s a hint. I hope my Wife likes it and I can keep it hidden while I work on it til Christmas! Thanks for looking!
