This is my second bowl turning. The wood is curly cherry. Sanded the bowl progressively starting with a 120 grit and finishing with 400 grit. After the sanding I buffed the bowl with a lint free cotton rag. The finish is three coats of Maloof’s poly/oil mix. I really like how the finish brings out the chatoyance of the wood. Thanks for looking.
