My wife’s co-worker’s son recently graduated from Marine Corp bootcamp and wanted me to make a footlocker/keepsake box to store items he recieves during his time of service. I also made a removable display box that he can put his awards and achievment medals in. I used my CNC to engrave the Marine Emblem in the top and his name on the front of the box. She was very pleased with it and it was an honor to make this for her son. All of us should thank our service men and women for all they do to keep our country safe and free. May GOD always watch over them and return them safely to their families and loved ones.

Very nice. I make small cedar keepsake boxes and one of my best sellers has USMC inlaid ,with maple, into the hinged lid. Marines sure are proud of the corps.
