I made these bunk beds for my boys two week ago.
Ladder, rails and shelves are made of pine.
My neighbor is a carpenter and he gave me 10X4 pine lumber.
I used them for feets.I have to epoxied a lot of knots and imperfections before paint job.
Shelf back is made of paneling my neighbour gave me too.

A lot of job has been done on headboard and footboard rails (epoxy, sanding, primer paint).
I bought this plywood bought in DIY store.Back to the shop,I can’t believe my eyes when i saw “Made in China” on it…
The quality was the same as for the tools: very poor (warp, full of knots).

My boys are very happy so I’m a happy dad.

Thanks for watching.

Nice work Mathieu. Good looking beds and happy looking boys. They will have conversations in there that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. Well done.
